Cox's Cove: Located on the south side of Middle Arm in the Bay of Islands, three of the early settlers of Cox's Cove (c. 1840) were George, John and William Cox.
All were herring and lobster fishermen. The population in 2016 was reported to be 668, a 4.2% increase from the 660 in
2011.
