Champney's: Located in Trinity Bay, Champney's was originally known as Salmon Cove (one of many in the province). Ralph Champney Williams was a British Colonial Governor of Newfoundland between 1909 and 1913. Greenspond in White Bay, which became Williamport, was also named after him.
