Benoits Cove: Located on the west coast on the Humber Arm, at the Bay of Islands, Benoit's Cove was named after the area's first family of French settlers, the Benoit's.

Today it is the largest residential neighborhood in the immediate. There are also many services there to support the local towns folk.
